Dear User,

In order to install ClustalO, you need to install argtable first.

Liangliang, Can you let me know how you install argtable2 by steps please which is the path in my pc is

"C:\cygwin64\home\Ahmad\code_last_v9\clustal_omega"

Hi All,

I am facing problen while installing clustal omega.

I have followed all the steps mentioned in the install file and also installed argtable. But upon hiting command 'clustalo' shows following error.

"error while loading shared libraries: libargtable2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

How to solve this error?

Same error facing as @shivam gupta.

Did the installation of clustalo. But throws error while checking the tool -

"error while loading shared libraries: libargtable2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Please suggest a solution asap.
