Persistent error Can't use string "HASH"

Hi group!
When using the latest release from git-hub i got the following message, much like a couple of users before me that used older versions.

using Athaliana matrix
Can't use string ("HASH(0x515e248)") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at /home/alex/Programms-Bioinf/SPADA/try1/SPADA/ConfigSetup.pm line 87, <FH> line 37.
It happened after the latest fix implemented to solve this very problem so i'm confused now. Anyone knows what the problem might be?
