atlas install at 12 hours...

I did 

spack install at...@3.10.2 %g...@7.2.0 arch=x86_64

last night, and this morning I come back and it's still running. Top shows

  PID USER      PR  NI    VIRT    RES    SHR S  %CPU %MEM     TIME+ COMMAND            

 13052 root      20   0   18.2g   6.7g   1428 S  3193  0.9   1801:37 xclanbsrch_pt      

I'm installing this version to replicate another environment.

Any advice on what to do here?

Following up on my own question, I believe this is part of the tuning process (make.latune). The build has moved on but still running... so perhaps this is normal.

I'd tell you to switch to OpenBLAS if you can.

Initial build failed after 24 hours, just noting here for posterity that I had to build with

spack install at...@3.10.2 %g...@7.2.0+shared threads=none arch=x86_64

Not sure if it was the "+shared" or "threads=none" or both that allowed the build to complete successfully (after another 24 hours), but I used the notes from a previous builder to add these options.
