Error installing openfoam-org@6

Hello team,

I am a new spack user. I am trying to install openfoam-org v6 package using:

spack install openfoam-org@6

... but I get the following error:
==> Error: Package 'armpl' not found.

I'm working on a cluster without root access so I cannot install the missing package. Is there a resolution or workaround for this problem that you can share?  Thanks in advance.

The problem can be solved by running the clean command to remove temporary build files and/or downloaded archives from previous attempts:

spack clean -ab
