Spack v1.1.1 is out!

Spack v1.1.1 is released!

This is a patch release on the v1.1 branch.Some of the most exciting things in this release are:

• - Python 3.14 support
• - Improved error messages for nonexistent and deprecated versions
• - Substantial performance improvements for the solver
