fail: "spack install py-tensorflow cuda_arch=80" (A100 GPUs)

Has anyone been able to get py-tensorflow installed that will work with the new A100 GPUs?

I tried

spack install py-tensorflow cuda_arch=80

but it fails in the bazel build portion with

crosstool_wrapper_driver_is_not_gcc failed: error executing command

Possibly helpful is this tensorflow table:

I've heard anecdotally of people getting tensorflow 2.6.0 to work with the A100 GPUs, but it looks like the latest available through spack is tensorflow 2.4.0.

Ideas or comments?
