Trying to compile gcc 10.3.0, conflict with glibc 2.36

Like the title says, I can't compile g...@10.3.0 on Fedora 37 due to a conflict with glibc 2.36.

I found this workaround

but do not know where to put the configuration option, and couldn't find it anywhere in the docs.
