For the next few weeks I am cancelling game days at Enchanted Grounds (if they are even open). I encourage everyone to still play games with family and friends (in small groups of course) or online. Has anyone tried Tabletop Simulator or something similar? I would be interested to hear about it.
I am not yet cancelling days at my house. As long as everyone is acts responsibly and the host does everything they can to create a clean, safe environment I believe meeting in small groups should be a small risk. Of course no matter how hard everyone tries, board games, by their very nature, encourage interaction. Everyone touches the same board and pieces, it can’t be helped. So everyone needs to decide if the risk is worth it to them, everyones situation is different. No one will be offended if you don’t come to a game night. And don’t be offended if you don’t get invited; keeping groups small is one way to help control the spread.
Keep playing games, stay positive, stay healthy. See you on the flip-side!
