Setting up tours

Hey guys,

What's the procedure for setting up tours of HQ? I have some family in town and they wanna take a look. They're all US citizens so can we just show up in the morning on the day of and start?

Just check them in at the lobby. Make sure they have their IDs.

They'll have to park in a shopping center across the street.
