Docs: Fix wrong Chinese characters in "docs/_posts/2019-05-26-mnemonic-key-bindings-navigation.md"

Hi,

I found there are wrong Chinese characters in "docs/_posts/2019-05-26-mnemonic-key-bindings-navigation.md"(Chinese version) on line 47.

So I corrected them. Here is what I changed:

As you see, "世间" should be "时间".
