Vim lsp autocomplete issue with deoplete

Deoplete worked well for python files without lsp. But when I tried to use lsp deoplete in vim , the semantic completion from deoplete disappeared, while there is no completion from lsp. Tested for python,js,cpp,all get similar behaviors. The same setting works perfectly in neovim.
