Mismatch error

Hi I´m getting following the error message:

Error in if (locso[loc, so + 3] == 0) { : 
  missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

 along with several:

 "mismatch in animal capture details and trap deployment details files:  location id 

XX not deployed on SO XX" 

with different combinations of SO and locations, denoted here as "XX", I did double check all and the stations were active on the mentioned SO. 

I checked on the input files and I didn't find any problem.
