help with error message

Hi All,

I keep getting the error:

Error in if (locso[loc, so + 3] == 0) { :
  missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

I'm not sure where to even look to find the problem. Can anyone help point me in the right direction. I'm completely stuck!

Hi

I´m having the same error along with several " mismatch in animal capture details and trap deployment details files:  location id 

29 not deployed on SO 10" which I double check and the stations were active on the mentioned SO. 

I checked on the input files and I didn't find any problem.

I had the same problem and I solve it making the detector numbers consecutive.

Hi!

Yes I did solve it, if your traps are not numbered consecutively that might be the problem, make them consecutively so the trap number is the same as line number. In may case it solve the issue.
