Hi,

As we agreed in last meeting, next one is Dec 18th and location is in
Hervanta at 09:00 (can't remember more details, location etc).

I suggest that we gather agenda for the meeting. I'll start

- Event location (Sointu)
- Event domain and server (Jarkko)
- Startup side (Akatemia people, need to have someone as contact person)
- Program planning (responsibility). We need to start making it even
though it will most likely change a lot.
- (Speaker lure in)
- Sponsor planning (responsibility)
- Volunteer flock building
- Advertising

Hi,

Let's meet at Konela premises in Hervanta. Hermiankatu 1, building number Hermia 11, 3rd floor.
By then the Akatemia folks will have a committed team of 3-5 formed and they will join the meeting as well. I'll sent the contact information before that.

The agenda looks good. I'd like to add event 2014 in the end, cause I have some exciting news for that.

- Event domain and server (Jarkko) - under work

- (Speaker lure in at least for Startup side)
- Sponsor planning and contact (Who takes responsibility?). I have a list of possible partners from previous events, which might become handy. 
- Volunteer flock building
- Advertising / SOME (Who takes responsibility? Matti?)
- 2014 ideas and news

If you see a responsibility that you want to be part of, reply to list and "take a seat".
We need to share the workload any to make this event best possible.
In other words, the sooner we find people to take care of different tasks, the faster is our advancements.  
Taking a task does not equal doing it alone! We try to get a pair for each task. 

Akatemia people will take care of the Startup side (afaik) and they will handle the event site decoration/setup design etc.

Great! Sointu took some responsibilities as I suspected :) Sointu took:

- Event location: it will be New Factory (Boat is not possible)

If you are interested about the same topics as Sointu, she would probably welcome extra hands!

We still have some without leadership:
