In continuation to our journey of success, currently we are hiring for one of our clients EXIDE LIFE INSURANCE, for the position of “Assistant Sales Manager”.
We will be more than glad if we get an opportunity to help your students to shape their career with one of the leading Insurance Companies in the country who have strong presence in South India.
Based on your confirmation, we will be visiting your Campus on a mutually convenient date and being Partner to Exide Life Insurance, we will do the first round interviews and shot-list the candidates on the same day. The second & final round interview will happen at Exide Life Insurance office which nearby and students will be issued with a offer letter.
Please find below the Selection process for your kind perusal which will help you to communicate this to your students.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. 2014& 2015 passed out Graduates and MBA of the 2016 Batch Students (Current Batch )
2. B.E & B.Tech - also ELIGIBLE
3. Age: Below 25 yrs
4. Job Location: Tamil Nadu
5. Candidates to undergo a 18 days training program in Chennai for which they have to pay Rs.10000/- as training fee. This fee will be returned to the student after 6 months completion of their association with Exide.
6. Training Fee covers students’ accommodation, food & local transportation in Chennai.
7. Training program is titled as LEAP, which means, Learn, Enhance, Achieve & Progress.
Salary: CTC range : 2.25 to 2.50 Lacs CTC after first 3 months. During the first 3 months, they will get a Stipend of Rs.10000/- per month and they will be hired a Sales Trainee. After completion of 3 months, they will be promoted as Assistant Sales Manager.
Selection Process:
1. First Round Interview by TVSTS Employee
2. Final Interview by Exide Regional Manager or Branch Manager.
Support required from your campus:
1. Pool campus - Invite all 2013 &2014 passed out students and the on-going 2015 Batch students of your college and other nearby colleges (if possible, pooled campus).
2. Auditorium for conducting a pre-placement talk and for briefing the applicants on EXIDE life Insurance.
4. INTERVIEW ROOM for conducting the face to face interview.
