NAPC 2017 Call for Papers
On behalf of Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) and National Committee on Airbreathing Engines (NCABE), we would like to invite you to participate in the 1st National Aerospace Propulsion Conference 2017 (NAPC-2017). The conference is an amalgamation of the erstwhile conducted National Propulsion Conference (NPC) and National Conference on Air-Breathing Engines (NCABE) conferences.
You are invited to submit a paper for presentation at the 1st National Aerospace Propulsion Conference (NAPC 2017), March 15 – 17, 2017 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India to be held at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK).
NAPC 2017 is recognized as the must-attend event for propulsion professionals across the country, offering a prestigious opportunity for those in the Propulsion field to publish their work and interface with experts from all facets of the industry.
Abstracts are due by September 30, 2016. Prepare your abstract and submit it according to the list of track topics for which NAPC 2017 Technical Committees are seeking papers.
The last date for submission of abstracts has been extended to October 15th, 2016
List of Topics:
Papers pertaining to all aerospace propulsion-related topics. Topics include, but not limited to, the following areas:
- Gas turbine propulsion: turbomachinery (compressors, fans and turbines), combustors, intakes and nozzles, rotor dynamics, heat transfer
- Rocket propulsion: solid, liquid and hybrid propulsion, combustion, heat transfer, propellants
- Ramjet/Scramjet: intakes and nozzles, combustors
- Special topics: ship and land propulsion, electric propulsion, materials, thermo-structural/vibration analyses, ground and flight testing, advanced diagnostics and instrumentation, gas turbine controls, computational simulations and modelling
