[URGENT] 2014 End of the Year Evaluation Template

Dear Wonderful Admin,

I hope you all are doing well! As your last formal task for SPACE Admin 2013-2014, attached is the template for the End of the Year Evaluation for the 2013-2014 year. Apologies for the short notice, however I never received a template from the SIAC so I am using what was used last year.

Your portions will be due Next Tuesday June 17th at 11:59pm

This evaluation has more portions in it that you have not done in the past. However, they are what I included in your checklist I sent much earlier. Please look through the template carefully as there are different pieces of information I need from you all.

Remember, these are the external numbers.

For your narratives:

*Be concise but strong.

Keep it to 7 lines maximum

PAC: 7 lines each site

---I cannot stress how important it is to keep it at this line. There is a page limit and since this is our last evaluation of the year, we need to end on a strong note

---It's ok to repeat what you said in the Cores box

Lastly, please take you time on this evaluation and know that it will affect next year. Keep in mind that you've really been working on this evaluation the entire year through your admin reports, work group evals, and the checklist that was sent to you earlier. So you should not be starting from scratch.

This is a very extensive evaluation so if you all have any questions at all, please let me know.
