Dear Admin,

Congratulations on beginning the process of transitioning your successors! yaaay!

Attached are your transition binders chapter 1. I'll be giving you feedback on chapter 2 tomorrow.

Overall, great job! I can tell that you all spent time on these. Remember, the quality of your transitions will have a great effect on the quality of how your component does next year.

Each document has feedback for each individual components, but I also wanted to give you all general feedback:

Past Coordinators Box:

-Please make sure that their resume's are updated. If you do not know, ask folks who are connected to them/FB them. I'm sure they'll be more than happy to let you know what they are up to now to add to this transition binder

Allies/Assets and Community Resources Boxes:

-In the summary, in addition to the work they do, add how this relationship benefits the students and how strong/challenging our relationship is with them

Please make these changes, I will be asking you for your binders before the end of the quarter.
