Hi Admin!

Just a reminder that our admin meeting tonight is cancelled but we will still communicate via email. Our homework is:
Admin Report Questions:
By tomorrow night at 11:59pm please submit two questions from your admin reports for each component to this email.

Transitioning:
By next Tuesday before admin meeting pls submit transition binder chapter two to the email I will send out entitled "Transition Binder Pt. 2"

-In what ways can El Camino PAs, support PA/PT objectives at Belmont now that El Camino site is done for the year?

-It says you'll send out the EOYE template by the end of week 6, when should we plan on getting that and getting it turned in?
-What is the progress in SIAC giving us funding to be able to go to site for the rest of the year?

-What are some of your ideas to ensure effective transitioning for those students who we will be unable to see due to extraneous reasons?

-I suggest taking next year's El Camino PAs to your last site meeting along with the new PD and ESC so that the new PAs also know what is going on at site and provide input/effective support.
-How will you effectively and strongly transition your next ESC to make sure he/she carries on the momentum our ElCo site is progressing on?

-How have your meetings been? (Sorry that I can't make it to them :/)
-It seems that many of your interns have had the same "development" from other spaces. How will you, or have you, take it to the next level and challenging them to what they know to their peers/community?

2. Now that El Camino is done with site, how support does ASC and PAC expect in helping reach PT and maybe PA number at Belmont?

2. What's the new plan BMI?

1. What is your recommendations for some of the challenges during field trip (venue, workshop student epgs, etc.)?

3. Execution and final presentation of Belmont students at field trip were not as strong or did not meet expectations of the CAFT workgroup, what are more effective ways of making sure the planning process is more accountable next time around?
