 - Article from 5/18 Indian Express: India-based international space society (ISS) will organize international conference on SSP on 10/24/13 in Chandigarh in coordination with NSS, inviting 6 major space agencies to reach consensus on coordination of SSP, with involvement of Dr. Kalam.
