Giant Wheels?

Cygo is NOT about colonizing the moon or Mars.  It's not even about building giant wheels in space.  Only a few small rotating platforms are needed and then only to prep anyone that's been living in micro-G for a long time for a return to earth so their hearts don't stop working after they land on the planet.
Of course, some small wheels are probably needed, especially at the start, in manufacturing and agriculture.
So, artists who wish to depict a city should take this into account.
Also, the life and life support elements of the city should be mobile in case of any incoming asteroid or whatever.
Spinners, spacecrafts, cubes, and what have you all combine to make the city, in the visual sense.
I'm sure there's some creative people that can cope and tackle such ambiguity.
