Multiplexing on top of TCP

Hi all,

I've been quite busy lately with other stuff thus falling behind the SP
discussion. Hopefully, I'll have more time to dedicate from now on.

In the meantime I've written an article about tunnelling several data
feeds through a single TCP connection (or a similar single-feed
transport mechanism):
