VS2DTI Simulations

Dear friends

I had been working with the VS2DTI, the 2-D simulation package for variably saturated flowby USGS. But when I tried to get the output for observation points, the coordinates generated in the report for the out put file did not matched with the coordinates of the observation points.

 

I would like to know whether anyone of you has encountered the same problem? Is there a workaround to this problem, which could make life much more easier than trying to match the positions with a small grid cell and readingout the data from the output file.
