[SowaCS Consulting] Download files are missing?

Hello,

I came across this group through some amount of searching, looking for
a way to host Amazon API signing on my own server.

The website looks promising--the documentation is great! However, none
of the files are available for download: http://groups.google.com/group/sowacs-consulting/files

All the links are missing.

Is there someway to retrieve these files, specifically, the Perl code
implementation?

It appears that Google Groups has been having intermittent problems
with this lately; see various threads in
http://groups.google.com/group/is-something-broken/topics?gvc=2 . You
may want to add this problem there as well.
