to Sovereignty for Iraq
and so just withdrawing the troops won't end the crisis. By applying
the tactics to end a war to Iraq, it will make matters worse.

A genocide comes from the Game of Envy, and has a sense of Illusion to
it. The perpetrators feel justified to judge others as being evil or
bad, and the so-called victims have no way to defend themselves from
the prejudice and ulterior motives, and so they walk away or die.
During the final stages of a genocide, the perpetrators are so
tormented by what has occurred that they believe they have been
victimized. It is very difficult to end a genocide, because the knee-
jerk reaction tightens the down-ward spiral.

A genocide continues to draw in people until someone says, "Stop!"
Then that person must introduce a plan that enables everyone to
function on a higher level. Consider that Paul Kagame was instrumental
in stopping the genocide in Rwanda, and drew his country to a higher
level when he became president. (Unfortunately, the genocide spilled
over into The Democratic Republic of Congo, and has now killed over 4
million people.)

The Iraqi people may believe it is in their best interest for the U.S.
to leave, but they are not yet ready to create a stable government
that will maintain the peace between the three major segments. They
don't know how. We are going to work with the Democratic Republic of
Congo and teach them how to create a stable government based on the
proposed international government, and they will teach Iraq how to
walk forward.

Our organization has an exit strategy for Iraq, and it was highlighted
in our World Peace Newsletter that goes to the foreign embassies. You
can find a copy on our proposal page. A comprehensive copy was sent to
the Iraqi embassy, but before Iraq and the U.S. government will
accept it, they must understand how they will benefit.

The World Peace Plan offers incentives to the world leaders to
participate. Everyone can function on a far higher level. There is no
need to go to war to gain natural resources. No need for innocent
people to suffer. The destabilization of the Middle East has come from
the power-plays over oil, and from the conflict between the Christians
and Muslims, and exacerbated by the Jews that fear for their safety,
and draw people into the conflict. (Please read our information about
the Light Source Principles for more information about how Power Games
destabilize a region, or the entire planet.)

For conflict resolution, one side must be coming down in power and the
other rising. The United States has lost a great deal of power, and
Iraq has risen in power. Then, everyone must be considered equal, and
so that is the first step in our plan....

The introduction of the Grand Unification Principle and conflict
resolution based on the ancient rites of Stonehenge.
