Violation of Facad and fire norms

A permanent structure is being built behind the main clubhouse, facing the park. During the construction of this permanent structure, one of the clubhouse's exit doors has been permanently closed.
The site where this structure has been built is a common area, and as a result, the entire facade has been altered. According to the law, no changes can be made to the facade, and according to fire regulations, the door cannot be permanently closed.
Did you obtain approval from the DTCP Department for the construction of the permanent structure and from the Fire Department for closing the door?
If you have obtained permission, please share a copy with me. However, if you have not, this is illegal construction for which the RWA is responsible.

You have received emails on many topics before, but you haven't responded to any of them. Therefore, I want to inform you that as the elected representative of the RWA, it is your responsibility to respond. If you don't respond to this email, a complaint will be filed with the relevant department, and the RWA will be responsible for any resulting losses.

You promised in your election manifesto that transparency would be maintained in everything, but you don't even respond to emails. What kind of transparency is this? Therefore, all the emails you have received will be used as evidence against you.

Is this also a priority Capex or against Future Sinking Fund collection

Btw, the structure is not only unsafe, it looks most unasthetic and out of place 

Let's have some rhythm in what we want. The club house looks dilapidated ..the ceiling is not painted, the lights seems missing. So why this lipstick on the pig out of nowhere.  

Also respected members of RWA what are the commercials of this venture?
