Dear RWA, 

I am writing this email to express my strong concern regarding the recent decision to replace the existing security guard services of Sovereign Towers. This abrupt termination of the current security providers (G4S) after almost 15 years of exceptional service is unwarranted, and detrimental to the well-being of our community. 

Since the inception of Vatika, our current security guards have consistently maintained a vigilant presence, ensuring our safety and security, and all residents are happy with the services. They have built positive rapport with residents, fostering a sense of trust and security within our towers.

A decision of this magnitude, directly impacting the security of all residents, requires a thorough and inclusive consultation process. I ask what reason supports your sudden decision of changing the security service that has provided exemplary services over past many years. 

I strongly urge the RWA to conduct an open forum with all residents to discuss this critical matter. This will provide an opportunity for all residents to -

# express their concerns and feedback regarding the proposed change. 

# Share their experiences with the current security services. 

#Provide input on alternative solutions or improvements.

This inclusive approach is crucial for fostering transparency and building consensus within our community.

I trust that the RWA will carefully consider my concerns and retain the existing security services for Sovereign.
