I sent you an email on August 25, 2025, informing you that the Vita shop at the exit gate and the surrounding area belong to Vatika City, where illegal construction is underway. The fact that you have not yet filed a complaint against this with the relevant department on behalf of VCAOA clearly indicates that you are colluding with Meva Singh or are receiving personal benefits.
You have also provided an illegal electricity connection to the shop illegally occupied by Meva Singh.
The area illegally occupied by Meva Singh is outside the Vatika City boundary and also outside the licensed area.
According to the rules, it is illegal for Vatika City to supply electricity outside the licensed area, meaning electricity theft is taking place. This illegal electricity supply could lead to a major accident. This illegal supply could also cause fires and loss of life.
This electricity theft is being perpetrated by all of you, the members of the Governing Body. I request you to stop this theft with immediate effect, that is, to disconnect Meva Singh's electricity supply. If you do not do so, I will be forced to complain to the Electricity Board. If a complaint is filed with the Electricity Board, the Board may impose a heavy fine on Vatika City and may also file an FIR against all of you. If this happens, all RWA members will be personally responsible.
I am a resident of Vatika City and wish well for Vatika City. Therefore, for the sake of Vatika, I expect you to immediately stop this illegal electricity supply. If you do not do so, be prepared for further action.
