Subject: Reply to defamatory allegations made by present RWA
Dear Residents,
My message today is a bit long, but I request you all to read it completely. As messages written in bits and pieces gets lost. Also, these matters are of grave concern and hence needs to be replied with facts & details.
As you all know an inquiry was initiated by VCAOA in collaboration with Giriraj Gupta and Anil Malhotra. The inquiry officer found no irregularities during our tenure, and stated clearly that its an attempt to harass the governing body, quoted as per the report. Just a day before GBM, I shared the report with residents. As a result of this VCAOA became agitated and targeted me in GBM. After GBM, VCAOA released yet another baseless circular against me.
You all must have read the VCAOA circular dated 07 May 2025, in which VCAOA has made derogatory statements, malicious allegations and misrepresentation of facts about me, a continued attempt to malign and defame me. Of course, these are baseless and have been created to play mind game with residents.
After elections, you would have seen multiple posts made by VCAOA on official platform about me and my team, instead of focusing on doing the work. After taking over in October, this RWA has made more than 10 defamatory posts through the official communication platform, with an intent to take revenge. As this RWA along with its supporters Rajneesh Anand, Satbir Yadav, Anil Malhotra, Giriraj Gupta etc are people who were detrimental against the improvement of society and hence made it a personal propaganda to malign and defame me.
Complaints and cases filed by current RWA along with supporters on me:
1. Firstly, Swati Sinha (wife of Amitabh Singh) filed a false complaint against me, resulting in an FIR (Calandra) under sections 107/150. I had to secure bail and the case continued for six months. Our team’s mistake was that we wanted to create a better TT room for kids to play, and ensure safety of them at the same time.
2. Handover was given to VCAOA on 21 October 2024 but still multiple DR complaints were made and a legal notice was sent to us for handover on 07/01/2025, REF No was 0100/LN/AH/102145.
3. After that an inquiry of our tenure was initiated by them from DR office, whose notice No DR /DIC/GGM/ 124-127DT was received on 15-01-2025.
4. After this they made another complaint against us in DR office, whose notice No DR/DIC/GGM/215 DT was received on 22-01-2025.
5. These people did not stop here and on 19/02/2025, they filed another case against us in the court. Whose case number is 695/2025.
6. After this, on 25/04/2025, again a complaint was filed against us in the DR office, notice of which was received No DR /DIC/GGM/ 1170, DT on 30-04-2025.
7. Apart from this, VCAOA and supporters have complained against us 6 to 7 times in Rao Narbir ji's office.
I have only responded to the false allegations and complaints made by them to each of these authorities, as per the rules and regulations. After handing over on October 21, 2024, and wishing the VCAOA team good luck, I got busy with personal work. Unfortunately, my mother's health took a turn for the worse, and I had no time to respond to the misleading and false circulars sent by the RWA. But these people continued to slam us with false cases, allegations and malicious intent.
It's disheartening to see that these individuals resorted to dividing the society to win elections, affecting the harmony among residents. Soon after winning, they started targeting specific towers and residents, and sending legal notices, as per their agenda.
Sovereign Card:
VCAOA arbitrarily increased the CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges for specific towers without proper calculation, acting with malafide intentions. This forced Sovereign residents to file a complaint with DR Office, and we did the needful. As this was a clear and targeted propaganda of RWA and supporters including Rajneesh Anand who was cheer leading this project along with Mr Amitabh Singh and Ms Shveta Paul who during meeting with sovereign residents, clearly announced that she is not the President for Sovereign towers. This was a slam on the face of all Sovereign Residents, and this clearly showcased the arrogance and disrespectful behavior of her towards senior citizens and all others in the meeting. According to VCAOA's circular, the inquiry about “Sovereign CAM charges” was supposed to be completed. However, it's shocking that the inquiry officer didn't question any sovereign residents or the complainant, which is us (Sovereign Residents) in this case. It seemed like there was a collusion between the inquiry officer and VCAOA, making the inquiry a mere formality. A complaint was filed with the DR Office, which led to the Honorable DR issuing a notice to the inquiry officer. The response was unsatisfactory, so the DR replaced the inquiry officer, validating our complaint.
Instead of responding to legitimate concerns raised by residents of Sovereign, in a transparent and accountable manner, the current RWA has resorted to publishing derogatory comments with the aim of defaming me personally, as they know that I’ll not allow anyone to misuse power and show strength through wrong actions.
6.13 Crore PCB/CTO Penalty
The current RWA has very conveniently blamed 6.13 crore PCB penalties in their official notice on me, this shows how low this RWA can stoop to for driving their personal animosity. During our tenure in several open houses and AGM, we informed about the 6.13 crore penalty affecting CTO renewal. I want to remind you that Mr. Anil Malhotra and Giriraj are responsible for this penalty due to their negligence in maintaining the STP after Enviro left, during their tenure Yr 2018-2021. This happened due to failed water samples and ignored notices from the PCP department. ( REFER AGM AGENDA & MINUTES)
However, when we took over, maintained the STP properly, and got the water sample tested and cleared. We then renewed the CTO for six months and later for a full year after lot of hard work from team. This is a normal process, and any negligence from the running RWA leads to serious penalties as happened in case of Mr Giriraj Gupta’s tenure. All 11 members of then RWA under presidentship of Giriraj Gupta are yet being summoned for that case (Criminal Offence) and have to appear in the Environmental court whenever called for.
Since taking over in October 2024, the current RWA has failed to effectively fulfil its responsibilities. Instead of addressing pressing issues, they're focusing on creating divide between residents and play with their psychology. Now the sole objective of this group is stop or influence the inquiry. They know that a fair inquiry will reveal the truth, and their tactics of divide and rule will be exposed. Hence my humble request to all, pls do not fall into this trap of sovereign divide, this is a matter being politicized for only and only personal gains, and the SOLE agenda is to keep people occupied in this while other activities of society welfare gets ignored.
VCAOA is now fully controlled by the RWA supporters who are hell bound to just play the game of divide and rule. Apparently, they seem to have a lot of time and hence keep writing on social media. A sensible advice to them is to do some progressive work, as I do not have time to write on social media and keep disturbing people and spreading negativity around. I would also like to inform that a legal course of action will definitely follow, on people who have attempted to malign my reputation and defame me, as its my personal rights as a citizen of the country.
