Dear President and Secretary,
VCAOA,
Please find point wise reply of your mail -
As I have already mentioned, a member of your VCAOA team shared information with me regarding the balance in the HVAC account. It is possible that the information provided to me by your team member was incorrect. Therefore, if there is indeed no balance in the HVAC account, I kindly request that you share the HVAC account statement with all residents from 25th November until today. This will ensure complete transparency and allow everyone to clearly understand whether any balance existed in the account.
I want to clarify that I have no intention of interfering in your responsibilities. Had the ACs been switched on in a timely manner, there would have been no reason for me to raise this issue. However, despite repeated requests from residents, no action was taken, which left me with no option but to intervene. Please understand that whenever residents are unnecessarily inconvenienced or harassed, I will feel compelled to raise the matter.
You were elected to the RWA with the responsibility of serving the residents. Unfortunately, instead of focusing on resolving the issue, the discussion repeatedly shifts to unrelated matters.
You mentioned that a meeting with Enviro took place on 5th March. However, what progress has been made since then? If the intention was genuinely to resolve the matter promptly, the ACs should have been operational by 6th March. Even if we assume that there was no balance in the HVAC account, the PDC could have been given to ensure that the ACs were turned on without delay. Instead, the arrears bill appears to have been deliberately delayed, and residents are now being asked to clear it under pressure.
If actions are genuinely taken in the interest of residents, people will naturally recognize and appreciate the effort; there will be no need to ask for it.
All residents are already aware of the details regarding who has filed cases against whom, and I have already shared the complete information with you through email.
You are free to pursue any separate legal matters against me if you wish. However, at this moment the priority should be the welfare and comfort of the residents. Therefore, I request you to please ensure that the AC is switched on tomorrow so that residents can get relief from the extreme heat.
However, if the AC is still not turned on despite repeated requests, residents will be left with no choice but to intervene.
Regards,
Satyavan Dagar
We would like to reply to Mr Dagar's mail, addressed to all Sovereign residents:
1. You, Mr. Dagar are misleading Sovereign residents by blatant lies about the HVAC bank account balance – this balance was less than a lakh till 8th March, prior to our raising the final cooling supplementary bills (Nov’25 and GST arrears).
2. As expected and not surprising at all, you Mr. Dagar are now offering to help and meet with Enviro; despite our 3 calls (vide circulars) sent in the last week, to which the RWA received no response from you! The RWA meeting with Enviro concluded on 5th March, Thursday where they agreed to keep the billing within the agreed minimum threshold of 80 lakhs plus 18% GST, despite much higher consumption.
3. We are in continuous dialogue with Enviro officials, who have sent the Addendum to the contract today. However, this has some commercial flaws that we are trying to address tomorrow and close favourably for Sovereign residents.
4. We thank those Sovereign residents who have already paid their dues and request others to pay at the earliest. This will enable us to clear our dues with Enviro and push our case for an immediate start to cooling.
5. The RWA also requests the residents to not get swayed by the politically driven, malicious intent of you, Mr. Dagar who tends to file false complaints with the District Registrar and other Government Offices, which leads to the inconvenience of the residents only.
Thanks & Regards,
Team VCAOA
