Hi,

Just received the notification on no brokerhood that our cooling services will be disconnected if we do not pay the special charges.

Please note:

1. Pending Enquiry Report and DR approval you can not levy these charges.

2. You can not discontinue any cooling service for the residents who have been paying HVAC dues on time.

I expect a immediate reply on this matter.
