Hi All:

The manner the RWA has been formed, its formation communicated and no mandate listed of its selected members - remains a lot to be desired and say a lot about the professionalism and the real intent of 'THE VATIKA GROUP'.   I believe the founders of Vatika City had a vision of creating a great community, mean well and wanted to hand over the running of the society to an able body as they were believers of the project.  What it turns out to be a bunch of liars, who have absolutely no ethics and would do anything to get their way.  

Nothing against the folks who are the supposedly the RWA - do they know what they have signed up for?  Do they know what bylaws will govern them?  What is the period they are RWA for?  What is the expectations of them? I hope they have answers to all these questions and more that other fellow residents will have of them.

So we all know, there were a bunch of us contacted by Vatika group - to blindly sign off a document and be the RWA.  These folks had the following DISAGREEMENT and refused to be the RWA ---

1.  These individuals refused to sign on a document that stated that these individuals were 'ELECTED' and preferred to be called 'SELECTED', as that was exactly what it was.  They were selected by Vatika group, if at all.
2.  They did not want to be registered under the societies act and wanted to be registered under the home owners act as being under the home owners act provides lot more authority to the residents and limits the power of the builder.
3.  They wanted to be called the 'Interim RWA' as opposed to 'RWA'.  The reason they wanted to be called the 'Interim RWA' because they believed that the role of the 'Interim RWA' was only to conduct 'FREE and FAIR ELECTIONS' within 90 days and not take over the responsibilities that the builder had to perform before they left the society.
4.  The elected RWA would then deal with the builder in taking over the society - and hold the builder accountable.

Of course, the Vatika group did not like to be held accountable and have chosen to create their own RWA of gullible individuals.  They have done so by endangering the lives of these few individuals for their own benefit.  For this act, even the fellow residents who are now the RWA should understand the PLOY and RESIGN.

Given this grave situation, we should meet on Sunday in the main club at 10 AM as proposed. The agenda should be the following:

1. The 7 members who are the RWA should show-up and give their perspective of what was their intent of accepting the role
2. What are their plans for 'free and fair election' in 90 days.
3. What are their responsibilities they have owned up to in the 90 days or the number of days they plan to be in office.

Look forward to seeing you all there at the Main club house on July 13, 2014 at 10 AM.  We are in the 21st century.  Even the political parties know the power of the common man.  Let's show up in large numbers to assert our rights and not let builders take control of our lives.  If you don't, then you forfeit your rights to protest.

the residents about bye-laws, the act under which it has

Folks,
As I understand it (from my own academic interest/ reading); an RWA can be is formed by a group of 7 people and the initial office bearers obviously are nominated.  Thereafter elections are to be held within a time frame in which any and all qualifying members are free to contest elections.

  If this is what it is, then I think this is a step in the right direction - although the manner, form and content of this communication  leaves everything to be desired.

If this is not what it is, then please clarify.
Else, please elaborate on the  communication from Kamlesh...at a minimum what should have been stated is:

1. the sender of this communication should have been one of the directors of Vatika if this association is formed by Vatika (not to belittle Kamlesh's stature, but Kamlesh's role is not to set up the RWA nor announce it, his role is facility management).

2. The statue under which the RWA is registered needs to be communicated, which Act is it?

3. The time lines for the RWA elections should have been declared upfront so we can have duly elected reps.

4. Timelines for handing over the apartment complex management to RWA

5. so on and so forth.

Is this a joke? Must be a hoax because without the proper process,nominations filed and election held, which involves the majority of residents how can there be an RWA? Kamlesh ji seems your email id has been hacked.Check kijiye please.
