The Siemens staff is currently taking the reading. The meter was running fast and they have recalibrated it. In the current scenario if my AC runs 10 hours a day I will consume 80 units. Therefore my bill would be Rs 6000 to Rs 7000 per month.
They are now checking as to why the meter reading is continuing with only the main switch on.
Am keeping you in the loop.
The problem is not resolved.

Team CW and RWA,

 

Something is totally amiss with the new BTU meters. 

Our BTU reading on 30 June at 15:57 was 4678 (reading told by AC technician Pandit when the meter was commissioned) and next day i,e, on 1st of July 2021 at 11AM a person from CW AC team came to get the signature on AC readings register and at that time the reading on register was 4933, this reading (255 unit) was within 19 hours. We use my AC sparingly and want you, RWA and the Siemens team to investigate to know the reasons for HIGH readings.

 

I want a full enquiry in the presence of CW, Siemens and Enviro.

We paid a bomb for the new BTU meters and actuators with the intention of our bills being on actuals. That's not happening. Instead our bills as per current reading will be Rs 25000 to 30000 a month with scarce use.

 

I am being bled dry.

 

Where is the joint warranty?

Let Siemens explain how these new meters are racing.

This requires immediate action.

The materials related to ducting  and making provision of  fixing sheets and trap doors will commence just after completion of Insulation works tower wise.

The shaft where the new meter is installed is a mess and open, please see the attached picture.

Has the insulation been done?

We are clueless. Work is incomplete.

Kindly share the common warranty details with us.

This is in reference with our today's phone conversation regarding AC master switch. As told to you on phone, today around 5PM 2 persons (of Cushman) visited our house to commission/integrate the BTU meter but they were not able to do that as they found master switch not working. The persons who visited asked my wife Mrs Poonam Chaudhary to raise a complaint to get the master switch changed and to get it changed I called thr helpdesk number and Mr Narender of Helpdesk asked me to call you....I called you and you asked me to arrange the switch by myself and you shared the number of dealer (JB electric).... I called JB electric and they said that they do not deal in this switch and asked me to find somewhere else. 

 

When our BTU meter and Actuator was found defective then at that time why you and your team did not get the master switch checked? Now because of this master switch not working the BTU meter cannot be integrated/commissioned. 

 

When I cleared the last due of AC bill on  17th May 2021 and sent you copy of payment receipt....I clearly mentioned in my email that I will not pay on average basis if my BTU meter not replaced so as told to you on phone and whatsapp messages please get our BTU meter functional on top priority and get the master switch arranged to get it functional and I will pay for the master switch but you please share the cost of the master switch before buying.

 

Please treat it very urgent.

 

Quick and prompt  response would be highly appreciated.
