Dear Team VCAOA,

With reference to the open house meeting held on March 28, it was confirmed by you that approval from GMDA had been obtained for the site where the compost plant is being constructed. It was also assured that a copy of the said approval would be shared with me; however, the same has not been provided thus far.

You are requested to kindly share a copy of the GMDA approval at the earliest for my review and records.

Please note that the payment of the bill raised for the compost plant shall be processed upon receipt of the above-mentioned approval.
