Inquiry report against us ( previous RWA)

Dear Residents,

Namaskar! For the past 1.3 years you have received many circulars via NBH, news via social media, each of which consistently accuses and makes allegations on the previous team, the entire VCAOA team has been working diligently on this. In many circulars, they have written that I embezzled money while I was the President of VCAOA. *The whole objective of this was finally achieved when they filed a complaint with the District Registrar's office and successfully got an inquiry officer appointed for financial mismanagement, misappropriation of funds and procedural irregularities on previous RWA.*

All records were scrutinized in detail, which included complete books of accounts, GST, income Tax, purchases, electricity bills, cash ledgers, stock consumables, all contracts, diesel consumption etc etc. the list goes on. *A detailed in-depth study was done by the appointed team who did not find an iota of error or embezzlement. Lakhs of rupees were spent by current RWA to get this enquiry done and payments were made to the appointed CA (Inquiry officer) for his fees from Residents money.*

The current VCAOA team conspired to win the election by spreading many lies, each one of them have proved to be wrong one by one. *The current VCAOA team left no stone unturned to prove me guilty, but despite their best efforts, they found nothing. As the saying in Hindi goes, "साँच को आंच नहीं."* This VCAOA team has harassed us a lot over the past year and *filed many false & baseless cases against us* . *My team and I worked hard and honestly for the welfare of Vatika during our tenure, so we have nothing to fear!*

The State Registrar and District Registrar have given a clean chit to our RWA based on the inquiry report, and no misuse of CAM funds was found. The District Registrar has also instructed the current RWA to follow all relevant provisions henceforth. The copy of the order issued by the State Registrar and District Registrar is attached for your reference. According to this order,

*“Ordered for closure of enquiry since no financial irregularities, misappropriation and embezzlement of funds have been found against the ex-office bearers as per report of the auditor”*

This inquiry indeed was another attempt to malign our team with baseless allegations by the current RWA. But no corruption was found during our tenure, because no corruption ever happened in our tenure!!
