Sovereign 3 - Staircase management during rains

Dear Maintenance team, 

This is regarding the Sovereign 3 staircase management during rains. We have been noticing that during heavy rains the water seeps into the staircases creating following issues 

- Water logging on floor which makes it riskier to walk on floor and stairs both 

- Water logging in the lift area, damaging the lifts.

- Making the building week in medium to long term

Please help tackle the issue asap. I have raised a complaint in the Nobroker Hood app, bearing ticket number 1081257. 

Hopping for early resolution of the issue.
