Dear Team VCAOA,


I am writing with reference to my email dated 2 March 2026, wherein I had requested you to share the complete ledger of my flat.

On 9 March 2026, you informed me that the ledger had been uploaded on NBH. However, I had clearly requested on the same day that the ledger be shared with me via email. Subsequently, I sent reminders on 10 March and 13 March 2026, but despite repeated follow-ups, the ledger has not been provided to me till date.

This continued non-compliance is unacceptable and raises serious concerns.

Further, it has come to my notice that incorrect and duplicate bills are being issued for my flat. Payments for certain bills have already been made, yet the same have been raised again. In particular, I have received two incorrect HVAC bills and one incorrect LPG bill.

Such actions amount to unnecessary harassment and also give rise to serious concerns regarding unauthorized deductions from my prepaid meter. The failure to provide the ledger only reinforces these apprehensions.

Please be advised that access to my flat ledger is my legitimate right, and the same cannot be withheld under any circumstances.

In view of the above, I hereby make a final request to provide the complete ledger of my flat immediately, either via email or in the form of a certified copy.

Failing which, I will be compelled to initiate appropriate action, including filing complaints with the concerned authorities and lodging a police complaint regarding unauthorized financial deductions.

Kindly treat this matter as urgent.

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to place on record that I have not received my ledger from the Accounts Manager till date.

I also wish to highlight specific instances of incorrect billing. An HVAC invoice (No. AC/25-26/458 dated 26.11.2015) reflected an additional amount of ₹11,529 as previous dues, despite all prior payments having already been cleared. Similarly, an LPG invoice (No. LPG2511-1320) included ₹5,041 as outstanding from the previous period. Upon raising these discrepancies with the facilities team, both entries were subsequently removed from the NBH application, thereby establishing that the bills were erroneous.

Despite repeated communication from your end stating that the ledger has been shared on NBH, the same has neither been received nor is it reliable. The NBH records are subject to unilateral revisions, including arbitrary increases or decreases, which raises serious concerns regarding their accuracy and credibility.

In view of the above, I hereby formally request you to provide the complete, accurate, and itemized ledger of my flat on my registered email ID without any further delay. In the alternative, you may provide a duly certified hard copy of the same.

Please note that access to my flat’s financial records is my legitimate right, and denial or continued delay in providing the same is unacceptable. You are therefore requested not to reiterate that the ledger has been shared on NBH, as this does not satisfy my request.

Kindly treat this as a final request. In case of non-compliance within a reasonable time, I shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings at your risk, cost, and consequences.

Based on your previous requests, the Accounts Manager had shared your Flat's NBH statements for all the heads of billing. We hope that you have gone through the same. It covered the following heads
CAM, Electricity, LPG
WTP & Borewell, GMDA Water Pipe Line, Composting Plant
Cooling, Heating, Sovereign Incremental Chargers, AC GST Arrears
Sinking Fund
The other point you raised was for some invoice discrepancy.
1. For the attached HVAC Bills Dated 21-07-2024 & 20-08-2024. Firstly, it is surprising that you have highlighted Invoices from in your tenure of RWA (Till Oct- 24)!!  Never the less, the invoices clearly show the pending amount from the previous period. None of these bills are duplicate, the payable amount reflecting is that for the raised month and pending previous months
2. For LPG invoice Highlighted by you dt 25/02/26, is the Bill for LPG consumed in Jan'26 and it also reflects the previous pending outstanding of Dec’25.
No duplicate bills have been raised by accounts. If there is anything else, then please clarify your query.
