Reception AC of C1

Dear Estate Manager Abante, 

This is to bring to your notice that AC of reception area of Sovereign 1 tower is operational almost all the times I have been there. FYI, I visit reception at least 6 times in day. 

It is on even at times when outside weather is pleasant and no one is sitting at the reception. 

My concern is if we operate the AC like this, it will lead to exorbitant billing of HVAC leading to extra load on the residents of the tower.

I would strongly recommend that guards should be instructed to use the reception AC very diligently to avoid any extra HVAC billing.
