We got the following reminder on NBH . FYI the cooling charges have already being paid and there are no dues for cooling charges. 

The new charges which have been raised will be paid, once the pending enquiry report and DR approval is shared with us.

Pls share the same at the earliest so that we can do the needful accordingly. 

Also, we want to reiterate that you cannot threaten us of discontinuing the cooling services, especially when there are no cooling dues from our end.

Once cooling dues cleared , we are good I guess. 

The rest of demand is illegal, manipulative and malicious since there is no approval from DR

To all concerned,
We, the 4 Sovereign towers of Vatika City, sector 49, Gurgaon, are dependent on HVAC cooling from the adjacent Vatika Business Park.
These apartments were sold as premium apartments to us by the builder.Plus we have additional facilities such as a separate gym, swimming pool and AC lobbies.
Our current vindictive and vicious RWA is attempting to divide and rule our society and destroy Sovereign residents.
The Sovereign residents are being slapped with additional charges against the ruling of the DR. If these ad hoc charges are not paid the RWA will withdraw our cooling.
Which world are we living in?
Are you all going to disgrace and abandon us?
Should we not get cooling in this temprature?
We are a mix of old, middle aged, young people and children.
As it is our lifts don't work most of the time.
Are we so helpless?
Shame on all of you if anything untoward were to happen.
