CRITICAL: C3 Both Lifts breakdown

All,

Both lifts in C3 are down since last night 2 am and no action has been taken so far.

I am raising an emergency alarm here, It’s critical that you deploy someone immediately. Life for the residents has come to stand still…I had to walk down 17 floors now.

God forbid if there is a medical emergency in the tower you folks will be responsible for any catastrophe. 

Calling out for emergency help now. Please act immediately.

This is an unprecedented situation and needs an emergency response …Both lifts not working can lead to a catastrophic situation God forbid if there emerges a medical emergency apart from being a huge inconvenience as neither daily supplies nor other essential things can reach the doorstep 

One lift remaining non functional is a recurring scenario in any case earlier also...Can it be taken for resolution once for all

Hi Sanjay,

I think it's time to escalate it to the government authorities. Our lifts are down constantly and there seems to be no improvement. 

We at 503 had raised a complaint right after the last rains to get the issue corrected as then also 1 lift was down due to rainwater. However, clearly no action has been taken.

Hi Vatsala,

Yes the process has failed us so far but it’s our collective responsibility to get this resolved internally first. Let us not resort to extreme steps which has been the way everyone has lost in the past.

I would wait for coordinated response from RWA to get this sorted on priority once and for all.

This is the complaint we had raised 3 weeks ago, that water is getting into the lift, however the complaint was auto closed.

What else can we do now, if formal complaints are being ignored as well?
