Subject:- Illegal Billing by RWA

Dear Residents

Since the present RWA has been taking illegal decisions and have also raised bills to collect money from residents for expenses not incurred on WTP, I with the support of various residents had to report the same to the District Registrar. Based on our complaint, *DR has issued a notice against the current RWA seeking explanation, as to why WTP charges are again being charged to residents, which were already paid from CAM in 2024 /25. DRs order copy is attached for reference. *We will request residents to not make any payments for the WTP charges till a final decision is made by the DRs office.*

Illegal extension of VITA shop which is being supported by RWA, is also being pursued by us with the authorities, since instead of reporting this to the authorities , RWA is supporting the VITA owner, it seems as some of the RWA members family have personal interest and are very close to the owner. All our emails to RWA on this have been ignored and no answer received from them.

I thank various residents for their support on the issue, without which we would not have been able to get assistance on this matter.
