I am fed up of your repeated harrasment.

My AC has been shut off ostensibly because you don't have proper technical staff.

I have paid a huge amount of money for a new BTU meter and actuator. They have purportedly been installed. On several occasions there is water calcading from the AC shaft. Today was one such day. 

I complained to the Helpline, the estate manager and whoever I could reach.

But to no avail.

I will not get cooling tonight for sure. 

I accuse the RWA of harrasment to a widowed senior citizen because I stand up to your corrupt ways. 

You are guilty of harassing me in the past.

I will file a FIR next.

 Dear Ms Mohanty,

  A  lot has been tolerated by the RWA inspite of  your continuous slander and incorrigible obnoxious behaviour towards its members on all forums including social media. I am sure you are aware that there is a law against trolling!!

On receiving  your mail, an  immediate inquiry was made and the concerned engineer apprised me that there was a problem while fitting your New BTU Meter which by the way was being done by M/s  Siemens AG who  is the  OEM. Due to leakage of water the chilled water valve had to be closed as advised by Siemens  of which you were informed personally at night  by Prakash the Plumbing Engineer at Vatika. The Cushman Staff was not responsible for the above leakage  and hence blaming them would be incorrect. The communication to you by the concerned engineer at night was logged.

 For your information AC Cooling has been satisfactory till now barring the odd complaints from time to time which are resolved appropriately. It may be noted that immediate action is taken when any complaint is not dealt with on time by the facility office. The matters of delay  are always taken up very strongly by the RWA. 

No one has  ever had any intention, nor  will anyone  ever want to harass any resident as it is the equal right of every resident to utilize the facilities they  pay for; hence, in your case it is a complete  misconception  that anyone is intentionally troubling you. 

However, I would like to inform you for the last and final time that corruption charges against the RWA are cooked up without a shred of evidence and that the matter is Sub-Judice and you are hereby warned  to restrain your self from making any further allegations  or else we would need to move the honourable court for contempt proceedings against you. I trust you will  understand and mend your ways.

I reiterate, that the RWA, takes immediate action when the complaints are escalated and appropriate action is  initiated without any delay. You are welcome to contact us if your complaint  is not resolved at the earliest.

I repeat that you are harassing me personally.

How is it that my apartment is the only one without AC?  I made repeated phone calls to the Helpdesk, the Estate Manager, Aman Katial since 8 pm when water was gushing out from the AC shaft. An Icon staffer was sent who had no idea and told me this was Cushman,s problem. The Cushman staff came after 10 pm.and left at almost 11 pm. They said they had no solution but to put off the water and today by 11 am my cooling is to resume. Am waiting to see if that happens.

I have had no sleep last night.

About 6 months ago my main electric meter was put off from the corridor. Who but you and your goons would do this?

Giriraj Gupta , President RWA was found guilty by the cyber crime cell of Gurgaon Police of sending me abusive messages from fake email IDs. A letter of apology was written by him in front of the Police.

You have made personal attacks on me on several occasions and I will be happy to provide the Police with these as evidence.

The Inquiry Report against you was initiated by the office of theRegistrar General of Societies Haryana. An indepth and comprehensive report was done by a senior Government official. An administrator was appointed. You chose to disrespect this order and sought a stay order from the High Court. You continue to get extensions on your stay order.

Look at your tone and language to me. "Mend your ways" and "it will not be tolerated".

Who do you think you are? Is this not a threat to me?

It is time for the Police to take action against you.
