Dear Mr Admin,

Your name is unknown, however the following points, in reply to your trailed mail. -:

1. You should be least concerned about the AC Chilling dues, as it does not concern you!! If there is a clandestine agreement between VCAOA( RWA) and the Vendor, M/s Enviro, it has not been shared till date. Please ask the RWA, to respond  to my queries of 18th, and 19th March, 2023.

As regards heating, please refer to my mails of 3rd of March, 2023, and of 15th of December, 2021. It may be noted that I did not opt for heating in 2021, and 2022. No billing was done in 2021, how are you billing me In 2022???

Lastly, do not ever threaten me ever again  with disconnection of HVAC facilities, especially when there is no outstanding of legitimate bills raised, as per my BTU Meters, or when I opted for heating, which was before 2021.

Dear Admin,

1.All bills till date, relating to AC Cooling, have historically been sent by M/s Enviro/ VHPL, directly to Sovereign residents, and I have not yet received any such intimation from them till date!! AC, Cooling services were availed by me, and all legitimate bills raised by Enviro, have been cleared till date. What has not been cleared is the arbitrary, and ad-hoc billing for the common area, which was charged for the first time in the history of Vatika City( Sovereign Blocks) and that is, after the current RWA, took charge of the society. Several  mails requesting for the rationale behind the billing, were sent to Enviro, and the RWA, till date there is no response received. The only mail received from Mr Sudhir Shrivastava from Enviro accounts, on the 18th of May, 2022, was that they had received an approval from the RWA, during the meeting of 29th March, 2022, at the Vatika Business Park. The minutes of the meeting, were requested for by mail, to the RWA, on the 31st of May, and 21st of April, 2022(2 Mails)the reply is still awaited...

Further, please note the VCAOA( RWA) President Mr Dagar, has been quoted on social media, informing the Sovereign residents not to pay the additional units charged, which were not as per the meter reading. If a copy is needed, I can forward the same!


2. As regards heating, I had never opted for heating for personal reasons, and hence cant be charged for a facility which has not been utilised by me for my apartment. The age old practice was that only those apartments were billed who opted for the HVAC Facilities and others were not...why this sudden change??

This RWA, took charge on 16th November, 2021, and for the winter of 2021-2022, only those residents were charged who had opted for heating. It may be noted, that I did not opt for heating then as well, and all those who did not opt, were never billed!! Why the sudden change In 2022- 2023?? Why was a register sent around, asking residents in December 2022, to sign whether they would opt for heating or not?

For health reasons a number of senior citizens don't opt for heating! When these premium apartments were bought, there was no agreement that HVAC, facilities were mandatory, it was always optional!! 

Please withdraw the bill on heating, and let M/s Enviro answer the queries raised on AC Cooling.

As per circular posted via Society Connect & Mygate Application that fixed charges i.e. Rs.1500/- (plus GST) per month have to pay which is not opting the heating services for the year 2021-2022.
 
Also as per circular on Mygate Application that heating services are ON for all the Sovereign Flats & billing would be done as per boiler consumption which is billed for the year 2022-2023.
 
Kindly clear your dues by 31st March 2023 or AC Services would be impacted by Enviro.
