To,
Present, Secretary,
VCAOA,
Subject:- No Daily deduction from the Meter.
In your circular 03-11 dated 06/11/2025, you stated that the amount passed at the AGM will be deducted from the meter daily.
You did not submit any quotations at the AGM; you only approved an estimated budgetary amount.
After obtaining quotations for any work you wish to have done, have it approved at the GBM and then prepare and submit the bill. Your bill will be paid upon receipt.
Because I pay all bills on time.
As per the rules, you cannot deduct any amount from my meter other than the electricity bill. If you forcibly attempt to deduct money from my meter, it will be considered theft and an FIR will be filed against you at the police station under the relevant sections.
If the RWA imposes any illegal charges,
as a resident, it is my right to protest. Therefore, this should not be viewed with any ill intent. If, after receiving this email, you maliciously attempt to disrupt my electricity, water, AC, or any other service, it will be considered a crime and a complaint will be filed with the relevant authorities.
