Dear team VCAOA
You are aware that there is a Vita booth at the outer gate of Vatika City. This booth is built on the land of Vatika City and Meva Singh has taken it on lease from the builder.
Meva Singh has permission only for Vita booth, under which only Vita products can be kept, but he has built a full shop.
Outside the Vita booth, there is a paved road of GMDA and Meva Singh has started the work of constructing an illegal building on this road. In this way, Meva Singh is illegally occupying Vatika City & government land.
The place where illegal construction is being done has land of Vatika City along with GMDA land. It is the responsibility of RWA to prevent illegal encroachment on Vatika City's land and also to complain to DTP enforcement against illegal encroachment on GMDA's land.
Have you given any complaint against this illegal construction while fulfilling your responsibility? If you have not given any complaint yet, what is the reason for it?
You also know very well that Meva Singh has already filed a case against RWA in the court which is still pending.
Meva Singh is personally sending a message to Vatika residents in which he is praising RWA, after reading that message it seems that RWA is completely in cahoots with Meva Singh. If RWA has no collusion with Meva Singh, then a complaint should be lodged immediately to stop this work and the government land along with the land of Vatika City should be freed from encroachment. If you do not lodge any complaint, then it will be understood that RWA is helping Meva Singh in this illegal encroachment.

If you have given any complaint to the concerned department, then inform me about it.
If you do not complain about this to the concerned department, then it will be understood that you are cooperating with them.
I am a resident of Vatika City and a member of VCAOA and being an RWA (Residents Welfare Association), it is your responsibility to respond to my mail.
If you do not respond to my mail, then it will be understood that you are fully involved in this illegal construction work and illegal occupation is being done on the land of Vatika City with your consent. Using this mail chain as evidence, a complaint will be filed against you in the concerned department.
