Hi All,

RWA Membership drive saw a great start at the club and many residents deposited their forms and documents. We are expecting this to continue even today. 

Booth is again open today, Sunday, 8th Feb, from 11am - 1 pm at Club House Lounge, Vatika City. 

Pls visit us to collect/deposit RWA membership forms and learn about RWA elections at Vatika City.

Please check with your neighbours and friends if they are aware of this drive. Encourage them to visit the booth.

All owners who have DOAs are eligible to become members. Please attach copy of DOA as proof of ownership. 

Proof of residence is a voters card/Adhaar card/phone bill etc. DOA is not an automatic proof of residence.

Adhaar card/Voters card can double up as id plus residence proof.

Pan card is not a proof of residence.

Yes should be if that's the address one is putting on the membership form.  People living outside of vatika city, and thus putting their other address on the form would need to submit proof of that other address.

RWA election fever soon reaching Vatika City. We have initiated membership process and election date will soon be announced.

 

We forwarding to all of you an email from Mr S K Arora on membership of Vatika City Resident Association. Membership form is attached.

Process to become members is summarised below:

As mentioned by Mr Arora NO membership fee is applicable. 

3. Submission of form:

This is a crucial step and to ensure that your forms are not lost in transit, one must collect a receipt with DATE from Kamlesh/Shailender at Facility Office if one is depositing any form there. Please DO NOT handover your forms to any other person in facility office.

For your convenience we are arranging a collection booth at Club House on 7th (Saturday) and 8th (Sunday) from 11 am to 1 pm. You may contact us in the card room.We will check all documents before accepting them to ensure that they are complete. For clarifications please feel free to write to us or call us on 9999848077. 

4. Volunteers:

We quickly need to enroll those who are eligible. We request you to volunteer so that we could form teams in each block/row of houses/towers to spread and collect forms for membership. To volunteer sms your <name><RWA>to 9999848077.

5. Finally all the forms will be deposited at the facility office with receipt to ensure none are lost in transit.  

6. Appeal: we request all owners are Vatika City to participate in this election. To participate one must be a member of the association. If you are a tenant, please forward this email to the landlord and support the initiative.

Ref. to earlier circulars from enviro regarding execution requirement for Deed of Apartment (DOAs) for all the Apt owners.  The Minimal progress has been observed on the same. As known to all the requirement of DOA is mandatory for having Voting Rights perspective and as per the Public Notice issued by Director Town & Country Planning.

 

 Please contact the Facility Office at Vatika City for execution of your DOA. We have coordinated for the following procedure to be followed for the same.

 For DOA registration

Lawyer engaged through facility will prepare papers for the Deed of Apartment and you will be escorted to Hall No 1 of Mini Secretariat, Gurgaon. It will take 1 to 2 hours for your photograph and finger print to be taken and papers to be finalized. A witness will also be required to go through this process along with with you and sign the papers.

 

 Following are required for the execution of DOA of your apartment at nominal costing (@Rs.800 per DOA)

(i). Copy of the Conveyance Deed / Registry of the apartment.

(ii). ID Proof of Owner and co-owners (if any) of the apartment.

(iii). One witness will be required to sign the Legal papers.

 

For RWA Membership :

 

After having the registration of DOA, all are invited further to join RWA and be member of same. Requested all to submit duly filled membership form along with DOA copy and other necessary docs prescribed through registrar of society act 2012.

 

 We hereby would like to reiterate again all to join and be a part of this mega event in having the democratically elected RWA through due election under guidance/ supervision of district registrar of society Gurgaon. We also would like to appeal all to join hands in forming the earlier said committees /sub committees for getting prompt solution /expert advisory to various ongoing issues such as facade painting etc.

Hi Everyone,

We have been getting several calls regarding RWA membership. However, they are for some reasons not converting into membership. Allow me present some of those reasons to you.

1. Most of the owners have not executed DEED OF APARTMENT.

2. Out of those who have, most are not finding time to complete forms. They don't have time to manage photocopying of required documents.

3. Many owners don't know that we are running this drive and soon the camp will also stop.

Those who have a conveyance deed, DOA is a simple process. We have shared this in previous emails. Not sure if Enviro is helping out anymore in this regard. If you wish to use services of lawyer Ms. Vandana, you may call her on 98-18-702089. Charges are Rs 1500/-.

We cannot offer help with photocopying. However, we are available to receive from any day. Last day for the camp is soon approaching. Therefore, it is advisable that you rush your forms asap. 

We are expected to present our list to registrar within few days. Soon after that, date of election will be announced. We request all owners to take this enrollment on war footing. Else, they will miss the chance to elect an RWA through free and fair elections.

On 14th & 15th Feb (Sat & Sunday)
