I will not be available for this meeting . I request you to please have a few more Sovereign residents including the Sovereign Committee and also people who have been involved in discussions with Enviro earlier, not only for this meeting but future meetings as well. This will help in meaningful closure this time and also pave a clear path for future HVAC related points and issues.

We need to immediately close this so that we dont face any issues later.

We shall discuss on the matter. The authenticity of VBP btu meter cannot be just dissolved considering the consumption attained on VC btu meter( non-calibrated device). The whole last season 2024 ,it did not work due to defect in it and then VBP btu meter readings were considered. 

  

clause -9.6- the late payment interest is applicable on overdue payments. We received first payment on 7.9.24 after commencement of services on 26.3.24.

Hi Rishi,

Further to our exchange of emails and in-person meetings, we would like to summarize the HVAC billing from Enviro to VC as follows:

1. In the last season (Mar-Nov 2024), Vatika City has already cleared your invoices to the tune of Rs.80 lacs. Enviro needs to now submit the final invoice with an adjustment factor of 25% on the TR Units billed (cluster meter adjustment factor). 

2. Once we receive your final invoice, we will only then be able to bill the Sovereign residents and collect that money, which would then be paid to you. This process will take atleast 30 days from the day we receive your final invoice.

3. We have requested this settlement several times over the last 3 months, however, it is yet to be agreed upon and settled. Pls understand that any further delay in this final amount settlement should not have any impact to the start of chilled water service for the residents, in March'25

4. As per the contract between Enviro & VCAOA, clause 8 & 9.8 - VCAOA would like to highlight a claim for Rs.900288 for sub-optimal cooling services over the period of June-Nov 2024, for not maintaining the agreed temperature in Sovereign Towers. The detailed working for the same is attached in the mail.

VCAOA members along with Sovereign HVAC committee members (select sovereign residents) would like to meet you on (Mr. Rishi Kapoor & senior members of Enviro management) on 5th Feb, 2025, Wednesday at 10am in order to resolve the issue amicably.

Kindly refer our discussions on 4th December 24 at your office along with our team comprising of Mr Pawan, Mr Sushil Luniya & Self

We had discussed that you would speak to your management and restrict the Bill of the Year 2024 to Rs 80 Lacs in Line with the previous year ( Accommodating the reading differential between your Meter and our Cluster Meter as of the previous year)

We are awaiting your confirmation on this and I am sure you will arrive at this decision looking at our long standing past relationship and the Multi Year Contract that Vatika City has signed with your company

I am sure you would take cognisance of the fact that both sides faced technical issues on their individual side last year and did the best to bring the situation under reasonable control

We on our side are moving to rectify or install new cluster meter for the next season and I am sure that you are taking enough steps to ensure trouble free supply next year and supply the Chilled Water in the desired quantity at the agreed temperature range for the coming season

Hi Praveen and VCAOA team,

I believe in order to have any meaningful discussion during the meeting 

(1) you should have the previous RWA members  who were deeply involved and concluded the agreement with Enviro. Without any previous knowledge and data , this exercise will be futile.

(2) please share the relevant data related to enviro like bill  and discussions  with all sovereign residents today/by noon so that people can study and be prepared for the meeting.

Request you to please do the needful.

Request Previous RWA members to be a part of the meeting  and facilitate the discussion to conclude , so that Sov. Residents don't have any issues later.
