South West Ambassadors Gathering

Hello everyone, 

It occurs to me that I haven't used this google group much before and would like to start by sharing an event that is happening this Saturday. I imagine most of you are already aware of it but here it is:

South West Ambassadors Gathering

Sat 23rd Sept 17, Exeter St Davids Community Centre, Exeter

 A day to get together with like-minded people in the South West to share skills, knowledge, and ideas about how to spread permaculture more widely.

The Permaculture Association have kindly provided a venue, food and the chance to network - it's up to us how the day pans out so let us know what would be most useful in advance, or just turn up with an open mind, your stories and lots of enthusiasm!

There was such a great response to the idea of creating a more resilient south west regional permaculture network at this year's regional convergence in June - let's keep the momentum going!

Note: we have had some feedback that the area covering the South West might benefit from being more localised, for example, Devon and Dorset are both in the South West but quite far away from each other.
