While there is great potential from all the new rehabilitations and projects coming to Pembina/Jubilee, the impending improvements (the ones referenced earlier by Mark and this one) will need to work together. Jubilee is the first piece of the puzzle, and it is very important to get this key connection right. 

Your input is very important. And, when it comes down to it, people will thank you for participating.

Why? 

- There aren't many Winnipeggers who, when given a bike, a sunny day, and half an opportunity, will turn down a nice, perfect, care-free bike ride to the B.D.I.
