The Plugin Waveshell1-vst3 13.0_x64 Is Missing. Please Make Sure It Was Installed Correctly

When adding a plug-in to an insert of any mixer channel, the following error is displayed:
There was a problem opening the plugin WaveShell1-VST3 12.7_x64 for an unknown reason. Please make sure it was installed correctly.
What I tried to do:
I got the same error since today.
What changed?
1.) I had bought a new Waves Plugin (CLA)
2.) Then I had updated the Waves Central (not with the v13 features. Clicked that away)
3.) Then I had selected update and install all.
Since that I got that error. DAW: FL Studio.
Have already tried what was described here.
Nothing helped.
In case the steps suggested above did not solve the issue, it can also be caused by non-English username of the operating system account, having a non-English letter in the username or having your Windows set to a language other than English.

I am a fan of rave generator and have been using it for a year now. I recently switched to new macbook with catalina 10.15.7 and Logic Pro.10.6, and unfortunately after downloading and following your instructions, my ravegenrator is not showing up in plugin section of Logic.
The name of the rave generator is correct the location is correct but it has not been found yet. really dont know what it is wrong with this. I have researched what might be wrong for 2 hours and nothing can tell me what the issue is. Apologies for this hassle
I believe the problem some are experiencing can be that they install the plugins in the user library vs the system library. Place the .vst file in the correct plugins folder (i used my user library folder) and drag the file from there to the terminal, for the right path, which you can use instead of the one mentioned in the example.
i love this plugin but there is one issue that really makes me not to use this VST ever again. I use a macbook pro and a windows desktop. whenever i start a project with rave generator on my mac and try to open it on my desktop, it crashes ableton and corrupts the whole project file until i remove rave generator from the project file. I hope this gets fixed so in the meantime i have to limit myself on how i use rave generator :/

unfortunatly it does not work yet.
I replaced the file with the new one. And re did the adjustment in terminal.
It shows up in logic. But when it wants to open it crashes.
This is the log:
Rescan all plug-ins
To automatically rescan all installed plug-ins, remove the Audio Unit cache file.
In the Finder, press Option and choose Go > Library.
In the Finder window, go to Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache.
Move the files from AudioUnitCache folder to the Desktop.
Restart the computer, then open Logic Pro or MainStage. All installed Audio Units plug-ins will be rescanned.
Now on the the Macintosh HD VST and Component folders, not your user folders. Move the files from your desktop to VST and Component folders. Open terminal and paste the text above for VST and component. Type your password when asked.
Yep done all of this back and forth in every direction. Running macos catalina 10.15.7 and cannot for the life of me get the plugin seen in pro tools and or ableton. ive tried using both vst and component files. in all plug-in vst folders, and component folders, terminal traced everything, still didnt work. bummer
The plugin is not showing in the Instruments list in Logic. Tried in Rosetta mode, no luck.
Plugin validates and appears inside the plugin manager, but nothing else. Maybe an update for the wrapped AU version is needed? It works in Ableton AU.
Just wanted to say I finally upgraded my old 2015 mac to Monterey. Have held off for ages because I was unsure if RaveGenerator2 would work. The instructions worked perfectly. Cheers for the excellent plugin!
Hello, I have difficulties with the installation on macOS Ventura 13.3.1, I followed several times the instructions of the post and the indications in comments here
I use Logic, and in the module manager, RaveGenerator2 is correctly validated and used, and yet even after reboot, RaveGenerator2 does not appear in my AU instruments in Logic

ممکنه راهنمایی کنید چرا وقتی پلاگین ها رو انتخاب میکنم وقتی install رو میزنم اخطار installation failed رو میده
وقت بخیر... این پیام خطای Central has encountered a system permissions issue رو دارم ... و در بین پیام راهنمایی کرده بودید که آن را هم انجام دادم اما اتفاقی نیوفتاد ... و هم چنان وقتی Central رو اجرا می کنم که مرحله دوم را بروم این پیام می آید... ویندوز 7 64 بیت دارم
سلام من همه قسمت هارو رفتم و کاملا درست بود اما در قسمت کرک و patch با اینکه اینترنت خاموش و انتی ویروس ویندوز 10 غیرفعال بود بعد از زدن fixme.cmd وقتی سراغ کلیک روی patch که مرحله اخره میرم کرک انجام میشه مرحله نصب کرک انجام میشه در اخر یه ارور میده که چند بار زدم کیوبیس باز کردم درست شد و الان بطور صحیح داره کار میکنه ....تشکر.
دوستانی که موفق به نصب نشدن این نکات رعایت کنن
1. اینترنت باید خاموش باشه ( چون اتومات میره برای دانلود اپدیت)
2.فضاتون ازاد باشه هارد لازم داشته باشین
3. انتی ویروس غیر فعال باشه ....اگر ندارین و ویندوزتون 10 هست خود انتی ویروس ویندوز غیرفعال کنین ...
به بعدش شروع به نصب کنین خیلی راحت نصب و کرک میشه .

برا من نصب نشد که نشد اینترنتو خاموش کردم هر کاری کردم چیزی نیومد که بزنم بره رو حالت افلاین خود به خود به دانلود ادامه میده
با سلام. این مجموعه تست شده هست و مشکلی نداره. مشکل شما هم راستش واضح نیست ممنون میشم اگر بیشتر توضیح بدید. چون اگر ویوز سنترال رو نصب کرده باشید و اینترنت قطع باشه چیزی خود به خود دانلود نمیشه.
سلام داداش خسنه نباشی من همه مراحلو انجام دادم ولی وقتی میخواد پلاگینو تو اف ال بالا میاره لود میشه بعد صفحه سیاه میشه یعنی صفحه پلاگین چیکار باید کنم
سلام وقت شما به خیر. این به این دلیله که کارت گرافیکتون ضعیفه و از رابط کاربری پلاگین های ویوز پشتیبانی نمیکنه. به فکر ارتقای سیستم باشید.
سلام wave central رو باز میکنم مینویسه fixing permission بعد ارور api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll is missing رو میزنه
من برای نصب کانتکت هم همین ارور رو داشتم.ک ناچاراَ نسخه پرتابلش رو نصب کردم.

درود و وقت به خیر. گویا کلا رو بعضی سیستم ها این ارور میاد. رو سیستم من که به شخصه تا به حال با چنین مشکلی مواجه نشده. موقع اولین اجرا از شما یه دسترسی میخواد که بهش بدید قاعدتا نباید مشکل پرمیشن به وجود بیاد. متاسفانه هنوز راه حلی برای حل این مشکل پیدا نکردیم.

wave central برای مک از داخل فایل های خودتون نصب کردم به آخرین ورژن هم آپدیت کردم اما در قسمت offline installer پلاگین مورد نظر رو انتخاب میکنم در مرحله نصب خطا

من هرچقدر با your unistaller پاک میکنم هم باز پیغام خطای پاک کردن ورژن قبل رو میده. با اینکه ویندوز هم تازه نصب کردم. هیچ اثری فایلی نیست
سلام وقت به خیر. میخواید یه دور با خود ویوز سنترال پلاگین ها رو پاک کنید. از بخش settings داخل این نرم افزار میتونید این کار رو بکنید
